Initially I tried a Piano CISS for my EPSON printer, and could not make it work. Support via email was difficult, vendor requesting many pictures, etc. and after many emails, trials and turbulence we gave up. Vendor suggested a brother printer he uses with CISS. Received product where the box was soaked with "leaked" magenta (what a mess). After I used original ink cartridges, I installed the PRNTTPAYLESS CISS, and as with the Piano, had similar problems -can't connect message from the printer. Many emails, etc, and finally gave up. Stay away from PRINTPAYLESS .. You get inferior product and poor support,and still you pay for it -not less.

Just love the product clean and easy installation , when installing and pouring the inks make sure to where latex gloves and not do it on your desktop, I've attached the piano on the side of the epson stylus photo rx580 with the help of a piece of velcro, now the piano is always level and on the side If I have to move the printer the piano comes with it :) happy shopping

This is the best looking, tidiest, easiest to refill CIS I have seen.

BUT my printer only gets a few prints if that before it says it can't recognize the cartridges. If they reset easily it would be bad enough, but they don't. They have been nice about trying to help, but just refer me to the FAQs. Other places have sent me replacement parts with just a phone call.

very clean install. a little trouble with the reset all chip. somtime i have to unplug them turn off, on then plug again. kinda pain.

This is my fourth CISS. They are great money savers. I was concerned how this would work since this was the first where the cartridges would actually move. They work fine without jamming. I am only giving it four stars instead of five because the instructions are lacking. Even the referenced internet instructions are too generic. You have to cut away parts of the printer to make the tubes fit. If I did not have experience installing these before I would have been very frustrated in trying to figure how to make this fit into the specific printer.
