I ordered this a couple of months ago. Do not print from my home computer too often so did not realize there was a problem until yesterday. Black cartridge 'gums' up printer and printer refuses to continue. I will no longer waste my money purchasing 'refurbished' cartridges.

I would like to add that, after several years of being a customer, this is the first unsatisfactory item I have received from Amazon. As a rule the products purchased on this site are excellent.

Bought it for a friend and shipped it to Africa. The color and capacity where every bit as good as the std HP cartridge, which seems unusual for refilled units. Happy with the results.

This was the best deal I was able to find on an OEM color cartridge. I had been refilling an older cartridge that finally just wore out. I searched and found this one so that I could again start with a new cartridge. Nothing else to say except to confirm that it works perfectly, exactly what would be expected from an OEM cartridge.

I probably shouldn't rate it so badly because I haven't tried to return it. But needless to say, it went out on me at midnight when my kid was printing her final paper. It was a fairly new cartridge--installed about a month ago and printed maybe 10 pages. I'm getting a message that there is a cartridge error. The fix is to take it out, clean the points, etc. But really the fix seems to be to only buy HP ink. I'm just super disappointed, I've never had to do any kind of fix when I use HP ink (I've got 2 HP printers), so I guess I go back to that. If I get good customer service, I'll update this review.

These cartridges were purchased for an HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One printer. The cartridge worked as soon as it was installed. The printer even recognized that a new cartridge was installed which is not always the case with a re-manufactured cartridge. Very satisfied.

All inks worked well except on of the black ones. I didn't pay enough attention to how long they lasted to compare to Epson ink. One of the black ones started leaking when I pulled the sticky tab off to install it in the printer. It took a lot of work to get the ink that got on my hands to at least fade a little, which was frustrating as I had a graduation ceremony that night.

I purchased this ink set for my Epson NX415, based on the reviews. My printer did not recognize the cartridges at all. I submitted a request for a refund, and the seller contacted me back pretty quick (which is why I gave it 2 stars vs 1), advising that they would be sending out another set of cartridges.

I received the second set of cartridges . . . loaded up two of them. After cleaning the jets a couple of times, all seemed great! Nope. These didn't work either. When I went to actually print a document out two days later, the printer advised that I needed to replace the cartridges again, as once again, it did not recognize the cartridges.

I also noticed that all of the cartridges that I attempted to load are half empty. There was nothing in the description of this product that states the cartridges would only be half full . . . I see this as erroneous advertising.

Amazon did issue a return label, and I went in today to print it out (post-shoulder surgery, so a little delayed with this), only to find that the seller expects me to pay the return postage for their defective items. Uh . . . No. Postage would end up costing me the amount of my refund . . . and WHY would I want to pay to have THEIR defective items returned?!?!? Not happening. Personally, I'll just go back to paying Epson's stupid prices for ink vs dealing with this company, or any other non-oem ink in the future. At least it's a cheap price for lesson learned!

This works great to be able to tell if the bills are real. Just place the bill under the light and you can see the strip that is located in the money. The strip cannot be duplicated or photocopied so you know your bill is the real thing. Every business should have one beside every cash register. The pens do not work! Even the bank and police said they are worthless. It will pay for itself if it saves you from accepting a counterfeit bill. I highly recommend this product.

I would not recommend buying this toner cartridge from this company. The toner worked adequately when I first received it. However after about approximately 70 pages, the ink is extremely light. I would pay full price for the OEM cartridge or look to a different supplier for a cartridge.

I ordered 2 ink carts. The first one I put in my printer.... had no color. Everything I printed just came out orange. I went ahead and used it because I have access to another printer for things I needed to be color-correct. This 2nd cartridge seems to be ok. All colors are coming through.
