I ordered this a couple of months ago. Do not print from my home computer too often so did not realize there was a problem until yesterday. Black cartridge 'gums' up printer and printer refuses to continue. I will no longer waste my money purchasing 'refurbished' cartridges.I would like to add that, after several years of being a customer, this is the first unsatisfactory item I have received from Amazon. As a rule the products purchased on this site are excellent.
