I probably shouldn't rate it so badly because I haven't tried to return it. But needless to say, it went out on me at midnight when my kid was printing her final paper. It was a fairly new cartridge--installed about a month ago and printed maybe 10 pages. I'm getting a message that there is a cartridge error. The fix is to take it out, clean the points, etc. But really the fix seems to be to only buy HP ink. I'm just super disappointed, I've never had to do any kind of fix when I use HP ink (I've got 2 HP printers), so I guess I go back to that. If I get good customer service, I'll update this review.

These cartridges were purchased for an HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One printer. The cartridge worked as soon as it was installed. The printer even recognized that a new cartridge was installed which is not always the case with a re-manufactured cartridge. Very satisfied.
