This Canon print head ordered through Amazon was delivered by the vendor Ziptech the day after my order was placed. Eager to get my printer working again I installed the new head and tried to print something but was surprised when nothing printed. Perhaps a little priming is in order, I thought, so I went through the print head cleaning ritual and was then able to print a test page but only some of the colors printed. I put it through a couple of deep cleaning cycles but got no improvement. I requested authorization to return the head for a refund. I got a text message from Ziptech advising me that in order to get a new print head to work it had to be put through two cleanings. I replied that I had done that and would be willing to try it again but two of the ink cartridges were depleted. Ziptech sent me the two inks I needed and I tried more cleanings. Ziptech advised that the problem might be the printer itself. I took it in to an authorized repair service and was informed that I probably needed a new logic board. Ziptech called the service man suggesting he check the pump assembly. After a thorough cleaning of the pump assembly the new print head started to satisfactorily print all colors but photo cyan. When the new head was replaced by my original head all colors printed perfectly. Bottom line? The print head ordered through Amazon is defective.

Although a little pricey to keep my printer working, it is all good now. It powers up with a green light, not the flashing amber. It saved me having to throw away my almost full cartridges, and find a way to sell my extras. Should last for quite awhile now.

I was initially puzzled when my i9900 stopped printing and gave an "operator error" message on my PC with the flashing yellow printer light. Hooking it up to a Mac gave the more useful error message concerning the print head. It was expensive to replace, but took only a minute to install, and now everything works fine again.

So, the first one I got, the printer would not recognize it (HP Officejet 5610 All-in-one). Asked for a replacement from Amazon, and lo and behold, the second one is just fine. Working like a charm. I don't print all that much, but what I do print, the quality seems to be the same as what you'd get with the (IMHO) somewhat overpriced manufacturer's ones. I give it 4 stars just because of the sheer randomness of getting one that didn't work first time around. But, this is a good savings, and as long as Amazon guarantees the product, I'll be back here inevitably ordering the replacement when the time comes.

I bought one of these ink cartridges for my hp printer since the price was a lot less compared to a brand new one. So far I have only printed a few color pages and I can't see any difference between this remanufactured one and a new one. I don't know how long this will last since I haven't had it long enough but so far I think its worth a try if you want to save some money on buying ink cartridges and get a remanufactured one.

I had several problems even getting my printer to recognize this ink cartridge. After it finally took, it printed fine. This only lasted for about a week. My printer then started displaying a cartridge error message and told me to refer to the handbook for troubleshooting tips. I don't even have the manual that came with the printer, so I had to go out and buy genuine HP ink to fix the problem. I am very disappointed in this product. Definitely won't be buying from here again!

I have purchased thousands of inkjet cartridges over the years and this was by far the worst page total ever. This cartridge was used in a particular printer which is used for a single purpose. I print the same pages from this printer, week-after-week, month-after-month. This cartridge lasted for maybe 100 pages. It took longer to align the cartridge than it lasted It was an HP branded ink cartridge and I have used HP branded cartridges perhaps 95% of the time so I am familiar with the expected volume of a print cartridge. The only difference was I used a different vendor through Amazon. When the package arrived something didn't seem quite right and the output confirmed something was amiss.

If you are going to be doing a lot of printing at home, this is the way to go, especially for plain black and white documents, grayscale and run-of-the-mill color. My wife needed to print a lot of documents for a Paralegal law class, so that is a perfect fit. The Savings really add up fast and the convenience is great even versus free printing at school. The Color results are plenty good enough for most items, too. The only drawback is: The thumb drill WILL NOT do the job, it is not sharp enough to start cutting in to the plastic. You will need a 1/16 drill bit, which is the exact size needed and a cordless or plug-in drill. Even a small one is sufficient for this task. So, do The Math and start saving with the 4x250ml. package!

My package arrived very fast. ink matches color perfect. the only gripe i have is that the bottles have no rubber gaskets, in case the bottles were to tip over( my cat knocked over my magenta bottle was closed tightly but still leaked ) .Its okay no biggie .but as for the product great product. I just cant reset my cl 241xl ink levels . but that has nothing to do with this ink and all to do with canon...

occasionally get streaks from printer but i just print out another test page. I can deal with wasting a piece of paper here and there instead of getting the $30 ink cartlidge. Drilling the holes in there did SUCK but after you done it one time its easy just make sure you wear gloves. The tool to make the hole with is useless (unless you got 20 minutes to spare) It would otherwise get a 5/5

I've used refill kits for years, and this is the first one that actually worked well. The measured plungers are essential! The thumb drill doesn't work, but if you have a drill, it's an easy downside to overlook.

The ink works as well as the OEM product and 10 cost less than one of those. The printer is a pain because it seems to believe that the ink is empty about half way through the cartridge, but it did this with the OEM, too. I have purchased a total of 15 cartridges & have had 2 that were defective, not a bad record. The printouts are identical to the printouts with the Brother brand cartridge. I am very happy with the purchase and I received them within three days of placing the order.

So far so good. At this low price I thought id give it a try. Message shows up in screen print que that ink is low, however this is common for me when using these refilled cartridges. Have only ran 80 pages so far but it's one third the price of my local refill cartridge place so it's win/win so far.

I purchased this item from one of the venders who specified it as new. Two of the three cartridges were remanufactured HP cartridges. The ink almost seems too thin. I get decent results on matte paper, but on glossy paper, it almost looks like the ink would run off if I tilted the photo. it does a nice job on throw away stuff, flyers, signs, etc. on plain paper, but that's not what I bought my printer for. I have a twenty year old HP I use for things like that. An extremely honest Walgreens employee once told me the refilled ones are ok for everyday use, but for photos, buy the real thing. Good advice!

If you are not in a hurry, then go ahead. By the time these arrived, I had the ones I purchased locally in the machine for two weeks. Not sure what kind of company who state they'd arrive by Feb 20, and they actually arrived on March 7th.

After loading the ink my HP printer said that it did not recognize the product.

OCProducts Customer Care contacted me personally and explained that my printer is still utilizing the ink but that the electronics can not be reset after refilling to show ink is full.

I really appreciate the time they took to explain the process. This is an excellent price and worth not knowing when it is low. I have saved a ton of money and had excellent service!

This was better than the 5 pack at Sam's $63+tax. Even, less than Staples (best individual price) when I walk in with a used ink cartridge.

For the person who says they went down quickly, 78's always show full when installed then drop quick after the first couple of prints. Only the 77 cartridges' (double ink $19.99 you can only get through Epson.com) will read out (drop) smoothly as you use them.

Considering five 77's will run $100 + tax & shipping this is a very competitive and compelling deal. Epson will have a 10% deal and/or free shipping when spending $125, but it is a large outlay to sit in a drawer for months. I normally invest in one of these 5pk's to have stock on hand (2-3 months with better than average printing & some photos), then pick-up the black at Staple's on "as need basis".

I use this ink in my Epson Stylus RX595 and if you have ever used one of these you may know by now that using anything but Epson ink is a mistake.

The quality of this Epson ink is great and all my photos and CD prints look very nice. I tried using some other brands of ink and none of my photos looked half as good as when I used true Epson ink.

I saw some reviews on here that say the ink runs out to quickly but that is no fault of the ink... It's the particular printer they are using.

I am a professional photographer and I am very impressed with my Epson printer, the quality of Epson ink and the consistency of the great prints.

I also think the price here on Amazon is better than you will find anywhere. If you find it cheaper somewhere else and with a company that has the integrity that Amazon has then let me know...

But I don't think you will.

My Epson does not even recognize the cartridge once inserted. If you look at the fine print, you see that this is not being sold as an Epson manufactured cartridge, but the seller has done a slick job of hiding that fact......

My recommendation DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.....

The cartridges work. The ones I received read as used, and was half empty. It initially prints with smudges, but after 4 tests pages it all prints just fine.

I was initially worried about the quality, but I have been consistently impressed by the high quality, the price is fantastic, and I love that this seller doesn't hide any extra costs in shipping, as a lot of generic product sellers do.

I've been using this ink, both black and color, for over two years without ever having a problem. I taught at a school without a photocopier available to me, so I print out dozens of pages daily, and sometimes hundreds at a time. I print in black and white and color, including overhead transparencies and occasionally pictures. The quality consistently has been good, and I have not noticed any difference in quality from the Brother ink. (I did try changing to a different generic brand on Amazon to very poor results.)

You might not get as long a cartridge life as you do from the Brother original I'm not sure, though I've read this criticism but at this price, who cares?

We are using these totally now in our 3 year old Brother MFC640CW. Just be sure to keep your ink heads cleaned. We also do a lot of gardening photography and go through a lot of ink cartridges. We are satisfied with the overall performance. The black is really sharp. Occasionally, the printer will not recognize one of the other colors, but since the price is so low, we simply absorb the cost and pop in another one.

The black color is definitely a winner. With clean ink heads we get sharp and outstanding print jobs.

After reading these almost all positive reviews, I ordered these cartridges for my brother multi-fuction center. Make sure to remove the plastic cover over the ink outlet at the bottom of the cartridge (something you don't have to do with the Brother brand cartridges)so the ink can come out! : The print-outs are of acceptable quality. I still think the Brother brand black ink cartridges are a tad crisper with print outs but this is fine for all regular use documents. If you're printing any documents for publishing, don't use these, but for all else, they are just fine.

This is a great product. Even though it's not made by Brother the ink is of great quality. I just ordered my first set of ink in March and I had doubts on how great the ink would be or if it would work in my Brother MFC printer/copier/fax. I was greatly relieved once I printed out my first test copy and saw how awesome the quality was. No smears, dark rich black it was perfect. I just used up my 2 out of 3 ink cartridge today and ordered another combo pack today because i'm impressive on how great and inexpensive this product is! I would definitely recommend this product!

well , this product has a great price and delivery was fast .

i knew that it was refurbished or remanufactured but my printer is 5 years old and i decided to take a chance .

first when they arrived i found that both had the wrong color guard on the cartridge .

the black ink cartridge had a blue guard and the color ink cartridge had a black guard .

this made every thing confusing because DELL uses the color blue to let you know that this is the color cartridge .

i ran the dell print test and all the color grids passed and all the color was dry with no leaks or smears .

so far my only complaint is the LOW INK ALERT , my DELL printer has not recognized these remanufactured cartridges .

every time i check my ink level it still shows LOW ink from the old cartridges .

I have avoided doing full coverage lables, so these tend to last me 300 or so discs.

Aside from being a bit expensive when compared to many other ink cartridges, these Bravo ink refills work perfectly. You're pretty much stuck ordering them name brand as there are no good OEMs available, and I hate trying to mess around with manual ink refills as they usually are only moderately successful (except at getting ink on your hands!). Amazon has a pretty good price on these, and free shipping, so they're worth getting here.
