well , this product has a great price and delivery was fast .
i knew that it was refurbished or remanufactured but my printer is 5 years old and i decided to take a chance .
first when they arrived i found that both had the wrong color guard on the cartridge .
the black ink cartridge had a blue guard and the color ink cartridge had a black guard .
this made every thing confusing because DELL uses the color blue to let you know that this is the color cartridge .
i ran the dell print test and all the color grids passed and all the color was dry with no leaks or smears .
so far my only complaint is the LOW INK ALERT , my DELL printer has not recognized these remanufactured cartridges .
every time i check my ink level it still shows LOW ink from the old cartridges .ink didnt last long great delivery time and price and aware it was a refilled cartridge just thought id be able to print more that 10 copies befor printer ink is out.
