I have an HP Photosmart Plus B210 Printer and, when using these cartridges, I get a message every time I try to print saying that these are not Original HP Cartridges. I have to go to the printer an press "OK" every time before I can print. As a result, I often have to print diagnostics to wake the printer up before I can print 90% of the time.

What makes this suck even more is that I now have 11 of these non-standard cartridges to go through.

Suggest that you buy original HP.

(Clearly this is an underhanded attempt by HP to force you to buy their cartridges. It sucks, but that is the way of it)

Color changed and then no magenta at all. Would not recommend. You get what you pay for sometimes. Why is it that the printers are made in China, but we cannot use recycled ink from China? Even if it says HP. After hiring someone to clean and check my printer, it was determined that the printer, of less than 1 year could not be fixed. Was necessary to purchase a new printer.

My printer keeps on telling me that the cartridge is not compatible or that the cartridge is empty. Sometimes it will print if I keep turning the printer on and off or open the cartridge cover repeatedly and close it. I have been having the same problem with both cartridges that I purchased. The color cartridge seems to be working alright. I bought another set for my daughter 2 BL and 2 CL. She said that the cartridges are working so far. If she has any problems I will let you know.

I loved the product and the service they gave me on my first order last February.. There was a small problem that Tonerpals corrected quickly, after i contacted them by phone.

However, when I tried to contact them by telephone several months later to request some information prior to making another purchase, a recorded message said that they were very busy with other customers, and I should call back in 10 minutes. Same thing happened when I called back after 10 minutes. So I called again after 10 more minutes, with the same results.

My guess is that is that their customer support function has deteriorated significantly since I placed my first order.

I ended up placing my new order with a different vendor that gave much quicker customer service, even though I would have preferred to make the order with Tonerpals because if I had another problem, I would be concerned l that I might get the same slow customer service.

The product did not work with my printer. It said it was incompatible, It was disappointing because I just lost 20 bucks.

This print pack is not labeled well. It does not say whether it is a T5570, T5570-M, "270", T5846, or T5845-M print pack. They are not cross-compatible.

If you have a PictureMate Pal, Snap, or Flash printer, you should order ONLY the T5846 for 150 glossy prints OR the T5845-M for 100 matte prints.

If the box does not specifically say that it is for PictureMate Series 200 printers (Pal, Snap, and Flash) such as the T5846 or T5845-M packs DON'T BUY IT! You will end up with the wrong size cartridge. T5570, T5570-M, and "270" cartridges are not compatible with the PictureMate 200 series.

For 150 glossy prints, stick to T5846, such as:

The low rating isn't so much a reflection on the product as it is on the product's packaging. The manufacturer, Epson, knows that it has more than one type of Picturemate system on the market and that the cartridges are not compatible across all Picturemate models yet the packaging does not state anywhere with which models the print pack is or isn't compatible. This oversight could be easily fixed by adding information to the packaging.

I have found that when I buy the 1 ink cartridge/100 sheet refill kits, I run out of paper before I run out of ink. This 2 ink/270 sheet refill pack solves that problem... my ink and paper are consumed at about the same rate (which is much more convenient since you cannot buy the Epson paper separately).

I bought these in Jan 2013 but just needed them today, after putting them in, they didn't work...retried numerous times but still couldn't get the ink to work...Now when I go to return them, it says im past the return date...luckily Amazon stands by the customer...Amazon let me return the item and then she gave me a free 2 day shipping on a new order of ink that I bought. I bought new Epson ink...the refillable ink does not work on the Epson Workforce 610...Amazon saved my day, but I don't think I will be buying from Blake Printing, unless they can prove to me their refillable ink works...so far, no good...

I purchased this product for use in an Epson Workforce 310. So far I have been pleased with outcome. The cartridges are well constructed and have good color consistency. The only difference I have noticed when compared to Epson brand cartridges is that upon initial insertion the recharging (machine recognition) process takes a bit longer. I highly recommend this product if you want to save money on ink costs.

I ran out of ink in the middle of some work but didn't need it for a few days. The ink was delivered in just three days (so I saved having to go to store, 40 miles one way) it installed with no problems on my workforce 600. The cartridges might have taken just a little longer to charge but thats it. Colors are great, no leaks. This is the only way to buy from now on.

The only positive comment I have on this product is that it fits in the printer (an HP j4580).

Factory 901XL cartridges claim to print 700 pages. I printed only 150 before this cartridge ran out.

Unless I set the printer to "Best" quality level, every other line would be skipped.

Though the cartridge says "Black" on it, the darkest shade I was able to get was gray.

I would not buy this again, and would not recommend it under any circumstances.

This kit is OK, does what it says. What you are not told though is that a lot of the Canon printers are too 'smart' for the refill kit to be of any use. Canon printers apparently record the ID number in non-volatile memory on a lot of their ink cartridges. What this means is that when the printer thinks a specific ink cartridge is low or empty, you cannot 'change its mind' by refilling it this is Canons way of forcing you to buy more ink cartridges.

There are all kinds of how-to instructions on the web to reset an ink cartridge, but for our MP495 none of them worked (and believe me, I have tried them ALL). I have no choice but to buy a new cartridge because my too smart printer thinks the cartridge is empty even though I refilled it. My new strategy is to monitor the ink levels and refill it BEFORE it hits the 'low' or 'out' level, but that may not work if the printer keeps track by a counter. If that is the case, no amount of refilling will help and this product is useless.

We bought this over a year ago when our printer said, "Change drum soon". It finally needed to be changed last month. Guess they were thinking we used it more heavily than we do. We installed this cartridge. It is terrible! It puts lots of extra ink on the page -a general grey background to everything, and frequent heavy spots and lines. It will surely go through toner quickly. The box says "100% Satisfaction Guarantee", but there is no vendor name, address or phone number to contact if we are unsatisfied. I am very unsatisfied. My laser printer does not make good prints now.

I attempted to clean the printer with a cleaning sheet. It came out completely black. Second one was the same or worse.

This cartridge prints extremely sharp color pictures, especially when using photo quality paper. I've had some pictures I scanned in with my HP 6200 and then printed on an HP 895 CSE that people couldn't believe were photographic enlargements!

The only issue is that the cartridge doesn't last long printing pictures!

My trusty HP DeskJet 712C has chugged along for three years using HP cartridges. When I switched to a competing brand for the Black cartridge, I saw a sudden drop in quality -especially in the first few days of use.

I appreciate the fact that, unlike some manufacturers, HP separates the Black from the Color cartridge. Rarely, if ever, do they both run out at the same time.

Be sure to note the expiration date on the back. One batch that I purchased at a suspiciously good price had expired over a year before and just wouldn't print at all.

I make only infrequent use of my Canon Multipass printer, sometimes letting it stand idle for several weeks. For whatever reason, the black ink tanks clog the printhead after prolonged disuse whereas the color ones keep functioning. Although more likely to happen with a clone, the same has occurred with Canon originals. Before throwing out the printer (and I've come close), run it through the cleaning cycle at least 5 successive times and try printing again. If it's still not working right, do another 5 cleaning cycles. So far, that's done the trick for me, but if 10 times doesn't produce the desired result, you'll need to do some invasive surgery on the printhead itself.

As for using cartridges from clone manufacturers, my experience has been that they often require far more "priming" than the original manufacturer's product. As a result, you're wasting ink and saving less money than you may have thought.

Also, when ordering Canon ink supplies, beware the manufacturer's confusing and inconsistent use of the terms "ink cartridge" and "ink tank." It's led to my receiving the wrong item on more than one occasion.

This is the only cartridge that will give you complete satifaction with a Cannon printer. Believe me I have tried ALL the off brands to save money but in the long run you save by purchasing the name brand product. I do a lot of Photo printing with my cannon and no other ink will do the job

I bought my printer/copier less than a month ago and it came with a BCI-21 Black and BCI-21 Color ink tank. I have not been using the machine that much yet and while I was copying a few pages which required black ink, suddenly the black prints just were not showing. I have not even printed more than 100 pages since I got my printer. I still have color ink coming out but black is missing in my pages.
