I think buying from Amazon has saved me money and buying this ink is a sample of the savings. I usually buy ink a few times a year. These XL packages truly are worth the few extra dollars bought as you will refill your ink for your printer much less than from buying regular ink cartridges. Check to see if items have free shipping or are elibible for Prime Saver Shipping from Amazon. When you factor in shipping and handling, free delivery is an additional plus.

When I ordered this item I was under the impression that I was ordering a pack of one color ink and one black ink cartridge. However, I was wrong. You receive 2 black ink cartridges with this. After re-reading the product description (the picture is WRONG) I see that the fact that you only receive black ink was indeed mentioned. So that is partially my fault for not reading the description thoroughly.

Second, the item description notes that the ink you receive is of the "high-yield" variety. Meaning that each cartridge prints about 500 pages. I received the standard yield (about 175 pages) rather than high yield. Customer service for the Re-Stock It company was not helpful at all either. I was charged for 2 high yield ink cartridges (in total, 1000 pages worth of ink) and received 2 standard yield ink cartridges (325 pages of ink). That's quite the disparity in yield. I could have purchased the 2 standard ink cartridges for about $15 cheaper. I am very disappointed in what I received and what the item was described as. Re-Stock It's customer service was not helpful at all. The representative that I talked to did not seem to be well-informed about the products and did not help me at all. Be very cautious when purchasing this product.

Product is exactly as stated. Don't buy these if you plan on refilling yourself. Also, Lexmark products are full of tattle-tale software so they can collect information on how to better rip you off! They actually count each drop of ink used!! But ultimately, Amazon has the best price if you already own a Lexmark printer. I wish I had one of those printers that use $4.99 cartridges.

This is the least expensive way to buy ink for those using Lexmark 36 and 37 ink cartridges. Both the combo pack and XL feature(extra ink volume for 2x to 3x times the number of pages printed)is as economical as one can get without getting roped into Lexmark cartridge return program. This supplier also has the best prices.

I suppose the fact that I only paid $8 for this cartridge makes it not that much of a sunk investment, however the performance I received was terrible. I finally put this in my WorkForce 845, and after three weeks of occasional use (printing once or so daily), the cartridge quit working. It will print out some lines of the documents sometimes, but no amount of head cleaning or realignment got it to start working again. It is still full of ink, but is not working properly. I put in an Epson 127 cartridge and that works without issue, so I know the problem is not with the printer. Disappointing to get so little use out of it before it quit.

I bought this for my WF-3540. The printer knew it was not genuine Epson ink, but the product works as well as the VERY expensive Epson brand. I am having no problems at all using this ink.

I ordered 2 cartridges to save shipping charges, but one was completely dry and unusable. The other one works, but I'm not sure how long that one would last.

When they received my complaints, they promptly gave the money back though.

I purchased the three pack for my HP Officejet Pro 8500 and only the Magenta was recognized by the printer. I had to dispose the Cyan and the Yellow and buy another ones from Staples.
