We just replaced our printer after 7 years. We had an HP printer before, and purchased another one because we loved the first one. The new printer (C47950 takes these tiny HP 60 cartridges. I thought for sure I was doing something wrong when I ran through the first cartridge. When I took them out, I compared and they ARE smaller than the previous cartridges we bought for the old printer. When I went to shop around for new cartridges, I saw the statement that it will print about 200 pages per cartridge. They aren't kidding! We home school, so 200 pages of printed materials for two students is NOTHING. We are blowing through these left and right and I am disappointed. Had I known before, I would have purchased a different printer all together. I print everything in draft quality since my kiddos will literally see it once, color it or answer the questions and be done with it, and still, I counted 198 pages last time. While these cartridges are definitely less expensive, I would definitely do a page-for-page comparison before investing in a printer that requires these cartridges. At this point, we're spending just as much money for me to print one and make copies at a local print shop. :-( I give it 3 stars because it's a cheap alternative if you don't print very often, but if you're a print-heavy house, you may want to find something else.

I got this product in record time, for which I am truly grateful. The ink is performing as expected. No time yet to judge on the number of prints I will get from it.

I would like to comment on a similar cartridge that I ordered from THE FINE PRINT, advertised in Amazon. It took FIVE WEEKS to get it delivered, and when I installed the cartridge into the printer I immediately got the "low ink" signal. Sure enough, I could only print about 25 pages out of it. The seller would not return my calls or e-mails, and although I wrote a review, it was never posted on the sellers page. I also sent a complaint to Amazon, to no avail. At this moment I feel ripped off.

The quality of the ink and the function of this cartridge are fine. My low rating is given to HP for designing a printer that requires such small cartridges in the first place. Even with normal home usage, this cartridge runs out of ink too quickly. HP should be ashamed of itself.

Walmart sells these for $ 13.99. The floor person told me that a man comes in every other month and buys a whole new HP printer because the ink comes with it! FOR THE SAME PRIVE AS A COMBO PACK OF INK!!!!!

Sssssoooooooo.... This is probably the single worst item i've ordered from amazon... well, next to the thing i ordered and never received. The Ink cartridge is NOT The HP brand displayed in the picture. In fact, it seemed to be no brand at all. and to top it all off, there was only enough ink in the cartridge to print 5 pages of the 15 page proposal before going completely dry... This was my first time using it. Straight out of the box. Shop wisely please. Pay the extra 5 or 10 bucks

Compared to other refurbished cartridges I have bought these were the cheapest but also did not last as long. Comparing prices paid, they came out about the same cost wise in the long run.

These did not work for my printer, my printer wouldn't even recognize them at first but then when I finally got something to print, there were lines missing and the colors were off. Maybe I got a bad batch, but I guess I'll have to use the expensive ones from now on.

all colors work very well...can't really complain...its been a couple of months of fairly regular use and the black is already showing low level...maybe its normal, i don't know...at any rate, cartridges are refillable so we'll see if the self-reset will work or not...

i have a ink jet that sat for a while and clogged, so i found this and tried it out. So far so good. did a couple of cycles and got most of the gunk out but i may need to run a few more. MOST important.....take the little silicone stoppers out.....i learned the hard way because nothing was coming out for the first few test pages.

Some disclosure of what the product is Received the set of EPSON 78 inkjet printer cartridges recently.

Yes, it looks like they are genuine EPSON cartridges but they are NOT in EPSON packaging.

As the site picture shows, they are in a shrink-wrap plastic package. No box.

My educated guess is that they are NOT filled with EPSON genuine ink.

The description of the product is tricky Factory filled but what factory?.

They do NOT state it is EPSON ink in the EPSON cartridges...

I wish AMAZON would require that sellers provide full disclosure of whether printer ink is after-market or truly genuine.

I'd like to know what I am purchasing.

Update -tried replacing a cartridge with one of these. My Epson printer rejected the cartridge as not a genuine Epson cartridge.

Sending them back for refund.

We purchased a large number of these because we own 3 printers that use these cartridges. Of the cartridges we used, only one worked well and even then for just a very short time. The others spit ink onto the paper and smeared. When we opened the backups we had purchased, it was the same scenario. We will not purchase these again and were very disappointed in the quality.

We went to OfficeMax and bought OEM cartridges and they worked like they were supposed to. I can't comment on Sophia Global since we just let sleeping dogs lie. We just know we'll never purchase these again.

I was a little leery buying non-HP ink products, but my tightwad nature overcame my apprehension. Product arrived on time, I have been using these for a while now and they are no different from the office supply store original HP ink except they are a lot less expensive and they don't come in the fancy packaging.

Worked great at first. Good color. Good black. But that was short. After about 30 pages it stopped working. Not sure which cart was out because my printer will stop if either is out. After sitting for a few days I tried again just for fun. To my surprise it worked, but only for a few more pages. If life was longer it would be great.

I didn'give this a good rating because I did not receive exactly what I ordered.I ordered the 2 black cartridges, but received 1 black and 1 color.Also after printing 6 copies the black cartridge was already empty even though I did only quick copy.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I have used several different brands of non-Epson ink cartridges for this printer, and until now, have never had problems. I recently installed the first cartridge from this order, and the ink does not print correctly. I get pages with just a faint blur of a printout. I've tried head cleaning several times, still with same result. I will not be purchasing this product again.

The people at Bartlett's that sent me the ink cartridge bent over backwards to assist me with the whole process of trying to make this "Compatible" ink cartridge work with my BJC-1000. They sent another compatible cartridge and it didn't work either. They walked me through several steps to get it to work but it wouldn't print well. They finally gave me a new ink cartridge at no cost to me! The new ink works well. Great folks to work with. I will be buying new ink cartridges from Bartlett's Online though Amazon in the future! :) I give them 5 stars for customer service!

This ink cartridge seems to work fine in our Canon printer. It is very nice to find an ink cartridge the same as the Canon BC-02, which is no longer available. This saved us from buying a new printer.

No mention was made in the description that the orginal box was not included. I have no idea if this is a regular cartridge or a starter cartridge. If the shipper was not going to include the box which is part of the productr, then that should be stated in the description, so I can make an informed choice to purchase--or not.
