The people at Bartlett's that sent me the ink cartridge bent over backwards to assist me with the whole process of trying to make this "Compatible" ink cartridge work with my BJC-1000. They sent another compatible cartridge and it didn't work either. They walked me through several steps to get it to work but it wouldn't print well. They finally gave me a new ink cartridge at no cost to me! The new ink works well. Great folks to work with. I will be buying new ink cartridges from Bartlett's Online though Amazon in the future! :) I give them 5 stars for customer service!

This ink cartridge seems to work fine in our Canon printer. It is very nice to find an ink cartridge the same as the Canon BC-02, which is no longer available. This saved us from buying a new printer.Best Deals for Compatible Canon BC-02 Ink Cartridge

The cartridge came to me on time, and I expect it to perform as well as a compatible should. I haven't used it yet...it was a backup. I like to have at least one cartridge on hand.Aloha, Rudy
