Two are still working, two others ran out fast. I use this printer for limited color work, since the quality even with HP original ink is far below Espon and Cannon printers used side by side and not even as good as my three year old HP. I run the 6500 on quick draft mode because of high ink use and low quality output even at high settings. I use my HP printers for snapshot sharing, not for my museum prints (I direct a small museum). I have not found after market ink for those printers that work with the custom papers properly.

I will keep alert, because of the high cost of printing photos on local equipment. somebody needs to sell both paper and ink that work together at OEM standards.

I purchased these based upon other reviews. Easy install and no problems at all with that. However, like others, my HP-7000 printer doesn't recognize them and shows on my printer utility that I am out of ink. However, when I go to print, they work fine and there is no problem. For this minor inconvenience I would not rule these out. I would buy them again.

These are obviously refills, but you already had to know that. But they brought all of the colors on my printer back to life. Can't beat the deal.

Sometimes I have to clean the print nozzles a few times before ink will flow properly, but that's a small price to pay considering the huge savings of these remanufactured cartridges. Even if one or two of them were bad (which has not happened yet) it wouldn't matter because the savings is so massive!

Having access to the less expensive ink enables me to see my work printed out instead of just saved. And if I use a better paper, its more vivid. I appreciate the product being available.

One problem was one of the red cartridges had a leak and so I chose to throw it away rather than chance a mess inside my printer. I guess things happen sometimes.

Super fast shipping however the product did not work out. I should have known better that the price was too good to be true. Got them in and installed them in the printer and they worked fine. Printed one test page and everthing was great. Day 4 went to use the printer and the cartridges were no longer recognized. I tried resetting the printer, cleaning the contacts, and removing and reinstalling the cartridges all to no avail. I reinstalled my previous empty cartridges and the printer recognized those just fine. I wrote to the company asking for a refund and they responded for me just to do the actions I just stated above. Lesson learned on my part. Wont buy or recommend to anyone.

I ordered two ink cartridges a couple of days ago for my HP printer. One Color and one Black. Turned out to be a Nightmare. Neither cartridges worked. The color cartridge had lines going across the paper and the black cartridge was a very pale almost invisible Powder baby blue. I immediately asked for a refund. All I got was e mails telling me to try this and try thatwipe them down with a wet paper towel, etc. Nothing worked. I again asked for my money back stating that I tried everything and nothing is working. The cartridges are basically in my opinion Junk! I liked the price but it is trueyou get what you pay for. So I ended up going to Staples and buying two brand new cartridges which work beautifully. I am still getting e mails from the sellerwho by the way can not spell. Here is the last e mail he sent me today ( check this spelling) Hello C,

"I am who waiting to your respond, you never respond to my questions, can you please do to help you"

So in my frustration I contacted Amazon tonight and they are in the process of filing a formal complaint and told me that they will see to it that I receive my money back. I think it is rather funny that at the bottom of the packing list from the seller it states the following

" We guarantee our ink to work 100% Our company goal is 100% customer satisfaction. I would have been satisfied if they sent my money back but this back and forth e mailing and him trying to get me to fix these cartridges from home is just ridiculous. In the process my hands are stained from ink in attempting to " fix the cartridges" as he has asked me to do. All I can say is if you need a new printer cartridge for your printer get one NEW and definately NOT from inkland! Unless you want lots of frustration and aggrevation!

It seems like an good product. We've been using it for over a month and a paper for a master's degree is being printed with it so it's getting a workout. So far it's working fine and quite a bit cheaper than the OEM version. WARNING no instructions were included and there is more to it than just swapping out drums. You have to reset the counter in the printer or the lights stay on and annoy the crap out of you. Go on line to the Brother site and they have step by step instructions including how to reset the counter. Anyone who can read can handle this.

I received product promptly. But as soon as I entered the new drum in printer at gave me same error message "Drum End Soon"

First impression, I got the non-compatible cheap product and write to seller about the issue and ask for help. But after a quick Google I found the answer. Here is the instructions.

1) Open front cover

2) Insert drum unit and leave the front door open

3) Press Clear/Back button. It will prompt "Replace Button?" +Yes -No

4) Close the front cover and ready to print. Enjoy new drum!!

I print couple of pages with this drum unit and I couldn't find any difference between this and original unit.

This item fulfills the need of a new drum for our printer at a reasonable price. Most drums from the printer manufacturers cost as much as a new printer. This item cost much less and fills the need. I will definitely be buying from this supplier again.

The only issue I had was with shipping. The problem was not the vendors problem, but with FedEx. The item wound up going back to the vendor, and they had to re-ship. Other than that issue I am very happy.

Based on information I received with another compatible drum I had previously received from another company (TheOfficeDepot),I was able to install this drum and turn off the blinking lights. Although the vendor (Vivamart)selling this drum gave me a $7.00 refund, they never answered my questions about the problem. In the future, I wouldn't purchase from Vivamart. I would happily purchase from TheOfficeDepot.

I believe this unit had been used at least 3 times before I've got it.

My old drum that I was going to change (original) worked mach better even 1000 pages after the light became blinking.

Complete waste of money.

Yes their are a couple of negatives about these cartridges, but the pluses far out weigh them...I see no problem with anything I have printed with them whatsoever!! I have been more than pleased with the results....yes your printer will not show a full cartridge loaded, due to the fact they are refilled, but at 35.00 a piece at staples I will order these from now on!!! Thanks for a good cartridge at a fantastic price!!!!

I've noticed other users also noting that the ink will show as low or out when you use these cartridges. In the case of my multi-function MX340, this was really annoying, as it would not let me FAX, print or anything else, even if I repowered the printer completely. I found an obscure note in the manual saying you should hold down the stop button for 5 seconds to disable low ink checking. Yup, that got it, hope it works for you too. I may come back to update this later once I have an idea how well the cartridges lasted.

The cartridges were shipped promptly and packaged well. The ink cartridge is clear so that you can see the amount of ink in them this is a real plus. All black cartridges are a shot in the dark as to the amount of ink. They fit the printer great, of course, HP noted that they are not HP cartridges but not a problem in using them.

I went to installed my ink into my printer after removing the seals and ink splattered everywhere, all over my hands, computer desk, and my printer. It was as though the ink cartridges were too full.
