We purchased a large number of these because we own 3 printers that use these cartridges. Of the cartridges we used, only one worked well and even then for just a very short time. The others spit ink onto the paper and smeared. When we opened the backups we had purchased, it was the same scenario. We will not purchase these again and were very disappointed in the quality.

We went to OfficeMax and bought OEM cartridges and they worked like they were supposed to. I can't comment on Sophia Global since we just let sleeping dogs lie. We just know we'll never purchase these again.

I was a little leery buying non-HP ink products, but my tightwad nature overcame my apprehension. Product arrived on time, I have been using these for a while now and they are no different from the office supply store original HP ink except they are a lot less expensive and they don't come in the fancy packaging.

No problems. Just like HP cartridge. Easy to insert into printer. I would order through Sophia global remanufacturing again hands down.

Worked great at first. Good color. Good black. But that was short. After about 30 pages it stopped working. Not sure which cart was out because my printer will stop if either is out. After sitting for a few days I tried again just for fun. To my surprise it worked, but only for a few more pages. If life was longer it would be great.
