I've purchased quite a few of these ink tanks in yellow, cyan, magenta, and both sizes of black for my printer. The first couple I got worked well, so I ordered more. The past 5 of these I've used, however, have been horrible. The colors run, and produce lines in your printing. I have a brand new printer, and even cleaned the heads and nozzles to no avail. It's the ink. I'm really disappointed as these are significantly cheaper than the Canon cartridges, but in the end you get what you pay for. I'm buying Canon from now on.

This is not only a great buy; but a darn good product. I have been shopping around for 6 months trying different compatible cartridges for my Canon Printer; and, this is the best I have found.

I purchased the Canon-compatible PGI-225 black pigment from Amazon marketplace vendor, LD Canon. Of the 2 cartridges I tried so far, one worked with my Canon MX882 AIO printer and one did not work. Both products appeared to have the Canon "key" attached but one was not registered as legitimate by my Canon printer and would not accept it. The other cartridge lit up immediately as soon as I put it in the printer. Both toner cartridges looked similar but, apparently, one has a defect since it was rejected and won't work with my printer. I would not purchase from this vendor, LD Canon, again as they have poor quality control.

Since Ive come up to the computer age Ive had to learn where to buy paper and cartridges cheaply. Im a senior citizen and there is so much to learn, if one wants to. I use the printer quite a bit and I send letters to friends who dont have computers. I use email alot, but there are people who dont want a PC.

Sorry but it does not work. After 2 weeks installed and not too many prints done I got a document with missing lines. It just printed horizontal drop outs. I tried cleaning the heads, etc, etc ,just to discover that the ink refused to work anymore. When I took it out I can see that the cartridge is still full but it just does not work anymore.

I was a little nervous that these cartridges would not work with my canon I9900, but they work fine and the color is good, if you are not printing photos. The last reviewer does not know what he is talking about. The canon BCI-6 does not have a chip and the printer works just as good, Although the black did not print out as black but blue. There was no true black in the prints that I printed, therefor they should not be used for printing art photos.

The ink tanks do not have the required computer chip on the outside of the tank. The printer therefore does not recognize the cartridge, and will not work. Complete waste of two 8-packs.

First review I've ever written after years of purchasing through Amazon. The price for these cartridges is excellent and they arrived exactly as stated. With refills and 3rd party I expect the possibility of issues because, unfortunately, that's just the way it is with aftermarket cartridges.

Put a new set of cartridges in my printer and everything worked well. However, about 1 week after use the cyan cartridge failed to "light up". I moved on to the next cartridge in the set and it has thus far worked fine. After speaking with Hi Vision customer service, they promptly sent out another single cartridge to replace my bad unit. Does not get better than that and they stand behind their guarantee.

I can not tell a difference between this product and the name brand seller of ink. The ink is high quality, I print 8 x 10 pictures and they look great. This ink is not substandard by no means. I recommend that you save money and buy this product rather then spending more money for the name brand.

I wasn't sure if these were going to do well in my new printer, but they did pretty good. The colors didnt seem to loose much vibrancy. Plus i only needed to use one cartridge. I will still use the product brand, but for economical reasons these Lil buggers seems to do the trick.

I won't be ordering this particular knock-off again. I used one black without a problem and the blue worked just fine but when I went to replace magenta the first cartridge did not have computer chip so had to throw it away and the second magenta was defective. My printer kept saying it did not recognize it. Since my printer will not work without magenta I am off to the office store to purchase one.

I was really hesitent to buy this ink. I thought that it would be cheap quality and that I would be waisting my time and money. I checked out some of the other ink that was on amazon that were priced much lower than this but most of them said the ink was fine for everyday printing but not for photos. I like to print photos so I wanted something that would do that. There were no reviews for this ink but I went ahead and took a chance on it. The first thing I did was print photos. I was very pleased at the quality. Very true to the color. I didn't have any broken ones in shipment and they were as easy to install as the originals. I would buy this product again.

I bought a set of epson ink catridges back in May 2010 (it is now Sept 2010). I ordered the correct ink for my printer but my printer wouldn't read the cartridge. After much back and forth with LD Products/4inkjets they told me to send the ink back (which I did) for a FULL refund. 4 months later!!!! I have no refund and no ink. I believe that's called stealing. They've been stringing me along telling me I'll get a refund every time I call and they have yet to issue it. Now its too late for my credit card to reverse charges and Amazon guarantee is expired. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LD PRODUCTS!!!!! THEY WILL SEND YOU FAULTY MERCHANDISE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Then the cartridge would stop delivering ink, without setting the usual signal to stop printing. The only way to repair the system is to throw out the cartridge and take another brand that is compatible. Alltogether, this experience is very much annoying. EApLANET is adviced to stop selling this product.

I was out of town when item arrived or I would have rejected the shipment. They are not "Genuine Epson 79 Ink Cartridges for Epson stylus Photo 1400 Printer T079120, T079220, T079320, T079420, T079520, T079620" as listed. They are refilled third party cartridges that barely work. Ratings with negative numbers need to be created for disreputable venders such as these.

Works as advertised, no problems so far. I don't do much printing but these cartridges don't last much at all. These were replacements for the originals that came with the printer. The originals didn't get anywhere near 170 or even 60 pages so I don't expect these to do any better. How they can say 170 pages is beyond me.

Epson builds a great printer, but the price of there ink will put you in the poor house. For that reason I shop around when it comes to buying ink, that is why I bought this ink. I print a lot of photos and they look good with this ink.

I thought it was time to post a more helpful review about this...I gave a try on these cartridges buying a 4 pack at the first time because of its compatibility with my printer Canon MX922,and the attractive price, of course, but I was skeptical if perhaps the printer could read the ink levels, and if it could get a mess from the ink of the cheap cartridges. I receive them very,very quickly from the seller! I installed them...They worked as the original ones, and the printer read the ink levels with no problem. The only small difference -a positive differenceis that the generic ones are transparent, and the mode of led that lights it when you install it, and affordable price... These cartridges are excellent, and the printing quality is the same as the genuine Canon ones. These are the reasons I decided to buy this 12 pack for less than $50. The same product comes in different small boxes, in one white protective bag. I highly recommend the product if you want to save a lot of money in cartridges. Check the pics for a better explanation, and please, recycle the old ones!!! Peace for anybody.
