I purchased the 2-pack Black & Color HP60XL CC644WN Ink Cartridges. A total waste of money. They didn't work from day one. I went to a local store, bought HP brand cheaper and it was perfect. These were refurbished. I do not recommend them to anyone. The minute I put them in my printer said I had no ink. In the future I will pay attention to others reviews. I wouldn't have ordered from this company.

I have a Photosmart C4680, and I bought these when the original ink that came with the printer ran out within a month. Go Figure. These fit my printer fine, but it had trouble calibrating them and now it won't even print. I am pretty sure it is not my printer acting up, because I haven't used it in a month, and it was working fine last time I did use it, except it ran out of ink. Look twice before buying these, and make sure it can be used. Next time I will be sure the ink that goes with the Printer from HP. Even if you find ink cheaper elsewhere, if it doesn't work you are stuck paying for both inks, and it sucks.

I know some people have trouble with remanufactured ink. The computer will say that ink levels are low. You just need to tell the computer that it's ok, and then it will continue printing like normal. Definitely worth the difference in price from original ink cartridges

After three days the printer said the cartridge was damaged. I will not be purchasing this again for it is an inferior product.

Pretty sure this is the only way to save your clogged printer. Do not use print head cleaning. That just blows through a bunch of ink with no results and makes the situation works from what I've read. I'd done that five times before finding this product.

There is a spongey patch the print head goes to sit in when not in use. I moved the print head out of the way while it was off (sometimes you have to power it off forcefully to prevent it from locking in place) and filled it to the edge with this once a day. The first day nothing happened. What did I have to lose as I'd lost a previous printer to clogged heads before, so I did it again and the second day it was printing a little black once again. Third day some more, and fourth day it was good as new.

There are a couple methods in the instructions like filling an empty cartridge with the product.

This product worked great, completely solving my clogged printhead problem. It saved me from buying a new printer! I went to a local aquarium store a bought 26 cents worth of plastic hose and used that to hook the syringe to my printheads and pushed the cleaning fluid through each of the print heads just like a video I saw on youtube.

I did not use my Epson WF-3540 for a month. When I returned and resumed working with it, the YELLOW and CYAN did not print. I used the built-in Head Cleaner (Setup>Maintenance>Head Cleaning) and the yellow resumed to about 50%, but the cyan only printed a couple dots. After using the built-in Head Cleaner numerous times with no further benefit (and even changing the color cartridges with no benefit), I purchased a 4-ounce bottle of PRINT HEAD CLOG BUSTER. The man I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and even emailed directions to me. The product came quickly and with everything necessary. It was easy to use -just a few drops on the resting pad, let soak, run the head cleaner, and test print. The first time I tried this, I let it sit overnight. In the morning, all of the yellow and most of the cyan was printing again. I soaked the resting pad a second time letting it sit over the weekend. Come Monday morning all colors were printing beautifully again. I am sure the problem was caused by my month-long absence which allowed the ink in the heads to dry up. I would hate for anyone to have the same issue and think the printer was ruined. This was a quick and inexpensive DIY fix that required no technical expertise.

My Epson Stylus 1400 Photo printer had been sitting for more than two years. When I tried to use it, it only printed very lightly in a sort of pink color. Even trying to print just black didn't work. I tried the head cleaning cycle, but it didn't help. Following the directions for the Original Print Head Clog Buster, I placed the few drops on the printer's cleaning pad and waited 12 hours. I placed a few more drops and waited again. I ran the printer through the head cleaning cycle a couple of times and it started working like new. I printed about twenty photos and they all look great.

My dad gave me an expensive Epson printer that he didn't need anymore, and that he had not used in years. I bought $60 worth of ink only to find that no black ink reached the page. After much research, I bought this product skeptically, but I had already invested $60 in this printer.

It took a lot of patience and repetition, but in the end, this stuff completely cleared the clog. The printer works perfectly now. Although this seems to be homemade product, don't let that fool you. It works as advertised.

Nice ink for my Canon printer, one problem was that when I opened it to place in my printer there was a little ink outside the container I had to clean it before I place it in. I think there is a little bit overload, which it shouldn't had so it wouldn't miss up my $200 printer.

I bought this to use in my Brother intelliFax 2440C color inkjet fax/copy/printer. I have no problem with the quality of prints. It also was a good deal for the amount of ink I received for the price.

However, unless you print every day I would not recommend buying this ink. I went a few days without printing and I noticed the black ink was faint. After running the printer through a cleaning cycle it was fine. Then a few days later I come to print and no black ink is coming out at all. After over 10 cleaning cycles the black ink still will not come out.

I will have to figure out how to get it printing again, maybe the seller can tell me, or if anyone has experienced this and has any tips please let me know. Thanks! Hope this review helps!

***Update*** 11/19/2012

I contacted to seller and was given advice on how to fix the problem but it did not work, I also contacted Brother online and went to an authorized repair shop. My printer still will not print black ink. I conclusion I would not reccoment this ink for your printer. My machine was bought in 2004 and has been working fine up until I put this ink in it. Black is the color I used and now black is the color that now will not work.

I ordered the ink on the 19th and received it on the 22nd. So it did arrive a little early. I have been studying/researching/reading reviews on how to refill my ink cartridge so I didn't need any directions. I was on the way out of town when my ink arrived. It took less than 10 mins for me to refill and print out a test page (I didn't have any more time). I put out a paper towel which caught any ink spill. So there wasn't much of a mess to clean up.

I didn't have to run any kind of clean cycle, then again I don't think I really filled it up. I was in a rush and just wanted to test it. The print was ok, I couldn't really tell a difference between the regular ink and the refill ink. I am a couponer so that was the purpose of me getting the ink. I was a little worried because the first coupon I printed didn't scan when I tried to use it. However, after printing a few more, those scanned without any problems. SO I was very happy with the order. This is pigment ink (can't remember if it said this in the description).

OVERALL the ink works well and my coupons are scanning! There was only one needle and syringe in my package. The description said there would be two and a pair of gloves (I didn't get any gloves). I got the most important thing (the ink). I'm not worried about the missing items. I should save a lot of money with this refill!!

Will let you know if anything goes wrong later..........

I used another brand product for about a year and decided to switch to this cheaper alternative. After a few months use I noticed that this ink seems to dry much quicker than the old stuff. The particulate is much larger than my previous ink as well when i compare the bottles. My black print head is now clogged because of this in even tho I have no issues with my colour inks which still have the other brand in them and they have sat for much long(rarely print colour).

Two of the original black cartridges did not perform properly in my lexmark 7170 and the supplier sent me replacements which operate in my printer although the ink application is somewhat uneven.

I guess there is no inexpensive answer to the ever rising cost of color ink. This one seems to work fine, but my printer is a disappointment in spite of being very high in ratings. A Canon. I think the size of the ink cartridges is too small, I had a better color printer 10 years ago that had big cartridges that cost less, and the typical output was superior to my new printer as well.

I made a big mistake of buying 3 quantities of this item after reading the positive reviews. I have a HP Photosmart C3150 and the ink is absolutely horrible compared to the more expensive albeit good quality of the actual HP 92 cartridge. Everytime I print out black text, every row is streaky and has a fading black color. Pictures in black come out purple. Absolutely a terrible product. Even though I disagree with the pricey HP products, continue to buy the original HP ink cartridges if you even want readable work.

Cartridges arrived very quicklyand were in good condition. Print quality is pretty good but I noticed that printing is more visable on the reverse side of the page than it was with the Canon ink that came with the printer.

Let me start by saying that this company is OUTSTANDING!

I am late in writing this review due to several reasons.

1) The first order I received, there were a few messed up cartridges, I am sure that this happened in shipping, and not from the seller.

2) I did not make a complaint. Why? Because the price was so good that it wasn't worth my time to complain! I figured this time I received more than my monies worth even with the damage!

About 2 months later the company did a follow up email with me to see if I was pleased with the order, or if there were any issues.

Well, they had to ask, and I had to tell them, and it's a good thing that I did. Can you imagine? They reshipped my whole order to me again at no charge!!! This says a lot about a company to me, and, the product is the best! Works perfect out of the box.

I will do all of my future ink purchases through this company, and no one else!

I wanted to use canon ink because I had a problem with another printer using off brand ink. But you know Canon stuf ain't cheap. When I saw this price for a 5 pack I figured there was a catch, but I'd try it once just to see.

What I got was 5 Canon cartridges just like I should have gotten. They were not in a regular box, just packed loose in a mailing envelope. But they were genuine, cheap and who cares how they're packed as long as they arrive in good condition, and they did.

I preint a lot of color so price and genuine Canon were BIG factors to me. When I'm ready fro my next order ... I'll get it from these guys.

I had a color laser AIO printer which was ruined by using one set of compatible ink. The drum now streaks and to repair/replace the drum would cost more than today's color lasers. So you might say "I learned the hard way".

I was leery of ordering this even though it said genuine because of its price. Well, it is genuine and I have absolutely no problems with it. This is my new place for ordering this ink set. The price even beats buying the ink on base by $20 when you include all 5 ink cartridges.

Don't pass this one up just because of its price!
