I have been using these cartridges for some time, and have only run into one that did not work when installed. The color quality is fine, the price and quick mailing is hard to argue with. I would recommend knowing you may run into the occasional dud, but you will still save good money overall compared with the Canon OEM cartridges (which are insane price in my opinion).

I took the cover off of one of the large black cartridges and ink leaked all over my hands and the table. I cleaned up as best I could (which is not that good ink doesn't come out easily) and inserted it into my Canon Pixma MP600. The printer said "cannot recognize cartridge." Dang! But the package comes with two large black cartridges, so I tried the second one. Again, ink all over the place. This one worked, though. So out of all the cartridges in the package, I know for sure that one was dead on arrival and one was leaky but otherwise appears to work. I did not yet try the other cartridges.

This is my third order of Sophia Ink for my Canon MP800 Printer. Their pricing is more than fair and the packaging is just what the doctor ordered.... This package has two large black cartridges which gets used the most and one each of the remaining four colors. The picture does not show a small black cartridge, but I trusted the written listing of included cartridges. Sophia uses the chip which my printer reads and shows remaining levels of each cartridge. I have used cartridges from companies who don't bother with the chip and you never know when your about out of ink. Keep up the great work.
