Initially, I received a damaged ink cartridge. The company promptly sent me two new cartridges (in a box with a bow & some candy) and a letter stating their committement to happy customers. Installed the HP 95 cartridge and everything was fine. After using the printer a couple of times it gave me an error message. Tried to fix, but reinstalling the old cartridge was the only way to remove error message. It was within a month, so Amazon return policy worked well. I bit the bullet and purchased a new OEM cartridge, now the printer works well.

I have ordered from Sophia Global before, so I expected the product to work. The black cartridge worked, however, the color cartridge did not work. Tried to return it, and they denied the request. After that, I left a negative review. They called me 5 times the next morning, asking me to take down the review for a full refund and they didn't know who denied the request. Kinda dishonest, in my opinion, for them to only offer you a refund if you take down your negative review (btw, still waiting for my refund...)

The black cartridge failed shortly after I installed it. The maufacturer asked, when I returned it, to send a sample of how the cartridge was printing. I did. I returned the cartidges to Amazon and they credited my account quickly. I realize that even with a new HP cartridge there can be problems.

I ordered another black cartridge from another vendor on Amazon and so far so good. I just printed out over 40 holiday letters and no problems.

What I appreciate is the speed at which Amazon takes back defective items and credit's one's account.
