My husband filled the cartridge following the instructions but the printer still registers the cartridge as empty. The idea was a good one though. Perhaps it's more of a problem with the printer than the refill kit.

I liked the product . Other buyers need be aware of the total danger of the needles though . maybe a less sharp needle should be used . but other than that extreme satisfaction with product ....

This product works well. It was a little tricky at first to fill the cartridge, the printer didn't recognize that it was full. The first few color printing were not vivid but after those printed it worked great.
