These are no-name knock offs not Dell cartridges. They don't come in a Dell box, don't deliver ink evenly and don't register with your computer that a full cartridge is in the printer, so you have to keep hitting extra buttons each time to make something print. This is a case of false advertising. I'm surprised Amazon.com allowed them to represent their product with Dell's actual package. The price is too good to be true. Save your money and order the real thing; at least most times you can count on that to work.

A complete rip-off. Looks like someone stuck a used cut rate cartridge in a Dell box. Had two pages work of in it.

When I put this ink cartridge in my printer, the print window on my computer was still saying low ink, and when the page came out of the priniter, it was obvious that this cartridge had no ink in it. I had to go right out to Staples and buy a new one.
