This happened with my black and yellow... I don't know what happened. I purchased this last year and it worked fine. When I replaced my black, my printer didn't recognize and I had to perform a check several times using a lot of the ink. After several pages printing and my ink half way gone, one page finally came out with black. Then I replaced yellow and it does not recognize at all and I can't even perform any tests. So frustrating!!!

Removed "all" of the old cartridges and replace them with these. They worked just fine without any error messages on an Epson R260 printer.
Pros:
The print quality is excellent
The price can't be beat.
Cons:
The software that monitors the ink levels shows that there is not very much ink remaining in the cartridges even though they are new.

I would buy this again, amazing color and clarity. I have an RX680 that's really particular unless I use Epson ink, I thought I would try again, it isn't that much money if it failed and I was so surprised that it works the same as the Epson (Shhhhh don't tell them) I will buy from the dealer again, they've got my repeat business.

I have an Epson RX580 printer. I installed the ink cartridges, and the printer accepted them and showed they were all full. But nothing would print. Called customer service, and it turns out that there was a small, tiny piece of clear plastic in the dark blue cartridge, in the hole on the bottom. I had to poke all the ink cartridges with a paper clip to find this(what customer service told me to do.). Fixed the problem. After the plastic was removed, and the nozzle heads cleaned, it printed just fine in all colors! Would give it five stars, if it were not for this initial problem.
