The cartridges were a good buy and are working well for me. The support and communication from Toner Pals addressed my concerns such that I will likely buy from them the next time I need cartridges.

I have not yet tried the black cartridges, but the color cartridge does not produce blue ink, rendering it largely useless. I followed the cleaning instructions included with cartridge and ran printer-specific cleaning steps, but to no avail.

My original review is below but I am revising my rating down to one star (from three stars) because my problem black cartridge doesn't work at all my printer thinks it is out of ink. No return or refund instructions came with the cartridges.

I bought the three pack and I have installed the color cartridge (which worked without any problem) and one black cartridge, which was problematic: my HP 940c printer refused to print and the "out-of-ink" light kept flashing. I removed and reinstalled the cartridge numerous times without success and I got pretty frustrated. I finally did a Google search on the problem and I found the solution, which was to wipe the contacts with rubbing alcohol. If the cartridges had worked out of the box I would have given them 4 or 5 stars but I knocked the rating down due to my frustration and the lack of any instructions.

The two HP15 black and HP78 tri-color cartridges arrived well packed. They work in my old HP PSC750 (other refills in the past often did not!). However, my printer does not recognise the cartridges and continues to ask for realignment. I can still print, but as the cartridge cannot be aligned properly the print quality is clearly inferior (you would not want to print an applcation or any important document, but everyday printing for coupons, info etc is acceptable).

Price could be better but the ink is good and lasts a good amount of time. I probably will not buy these again.
