This kit contains everything you need to refill the ink for

a HP 61 ink cartridge. Everything is well made and would

last through multiple refills. My refill went great. The instructions

do recommend that once your ink cartridge is empty, you do

not wait for a long time before you refill. My particular printer did not

recognize the new ink level. I checked the HP forums and it

looks like the ink cartridge was designed this way. Even without

the printer recognizing the ink levels, the forums states the ink

cartridge would work fine, which it does. Overall I am very

happy. This product saves money and helps us recycle.

The color ones are great. The black one didn't get right into work. I waited a bit for it to work out.

I read instructions of this product very carefully and refilled cartridge with this product exactly as per instruction.

After refill, I put it back and printer did print properly. But when I tried to print the next day, the printer display shows the message "black cartridge problem" and doesn't work at all thereafter...

I tried every troubleshooting methods stated on instruction given ended in vain..

Seems like HP deskjet 3512 printer has device and program to detect and disable the use of refilled cartridge somehow.

We consulted customer service of this company and they told us that they can't refund money because it is not the fault of their product and they are just telling us to contact HP on the basis that we are using HP's genuine cartridge.

Don't buy this product, it's just gonna waste your money..

Had some questions and called the tech support number on the instructions. The young lady, who was very patient and nice, informed me that they really don't know much about the refill kits and that she couldn't help me. She couldn't find anyone else to help me and finally offered to find a Youtube video for me to watch. This is the first product I have bought through Amazon in which I experienced this kind of absolute abandonment of any responsibility on the part of the seller of a product. Don't buy this if you believe you can get help, if it is needed. I give one star only because there is no minus star available. Very disappointed and hope that Amazon will check this out and stop carrying this product; this kind of experience weakens the confidence I've had for so long in buying from Amazon. Shabby.

We all know the quality of the ink is the biggest issue when purchasing this kind of low price product. My previous experience of another product is not that good, thus I did not use them for hight quality photo printing.

The ink of this set do impress me a lot. I dare to print photo from the printer now. However, you know that it require a long time period of observation, therefore I will report it once a while for the complete experience. Regarding to the volume I can fill 5 times per tube to HP61 cartridge and then you know how much it cost you per unit.

A bonuse is that the rack what holding the cartridge is extremely important to withdraw the air bubble after filling the ink. You must have one at least. The whole filling procedure is quite easy and you can find lots of direction from youtube even they are different name brand but the precedure is almost the same.
