This ink has worked flawlessly so far in my Canon MX850, and for a fraction of the cost of OEM cartridges. As long as they are available, I will keep some on hand.

I can't honestly say I have used this for actual pictures on Photo paper.
I can say I actually used this, however, and I can also say I use it with no reservation or hesitation.

Good price, good performance. Usually generic ink causes ink blots and random ink streaks, with pictures printing with weird color shadowing and color blotches. This is just black ink so I can say that text prints well, albeit too light (more of a gray than black). We'll see how long it lasts and if the ink will actually be used completely before the printer says it's done (my biggest complaint about generic ink).
