Originally I had ordered wrong printhead and had opened it. The company gladly refunded me my money upon my return and sent the correct printehead. Was very pleased they were very willing to do this!

HP 14 (C4921A) Cyan Printhead

As with all printheads my HP needed replacements & they all seemed to go at once. Loved the fact that the price was doable as I had all four of these needing replacement at once.

I always do a price comparison online before I buy ANYTHING and the Amazon price was the best out there.

The shipment arrived very quickly which was very important to us as we weren't able to print without it.

I will buy these again from Amazon although hopefully, not for some time yet. I bought all four printheads in March 2009 and they are still going strong!
