Vivamart is very dependable. I have bought from them in the past and knew they had a good product. I saved well over a $100 on this ink package. The ink cartridges worked perfect. I will use them the next time I need ink and tell my friends about them.

I had used this product in the past, was OK (that' why I added an extra star, otherwise it would be 1 star!)

Last time I bought the cartredges several months ago.

My husband made a serious mistake changed 2 cartriges at once, only then ran a test.

As a result our printer started printing strange colors, and we had to throw away both of them. I have no idea which one was defective, but since that incident we are only buying the original cartriges from Epson website.

After having tried a handful of truly generic cartridges, I tried these guys since they are remanufactured. The idea had been if they are using the original cartridge then the Epson rejection (they are famous for), would not be an issue. Well, sad to say it seems to be not be the case... seeing about 30-50% failures still.

Oh well, guess my next printer will definitely NOT be an Epson... they rip you on cartridge prices and then make it all but impossible to use generic ones.
