The unit arrived broken. Databazaar has been very uncooperative and has obstructed every effort to return the defective unit. Don't use this merchant not customer friendly.

I have had no issues with this product. I installed it in the printer and it was automatically recognized. Print quality is good and I have found no issues thus far. I cannot confirm how amny pages it willl print, but I see no reson that it wont provide the same as a new HP cartridge. For the price I am very happy.

I was pleased with the purchase transaction and the speed of delivery. The cartridge was the correct one and fit my printer. However, it prints a little light. For word processor documents, I set it to print bold and it is fine, but without that, it comes out just a little lighter than I would like.

This was a great toner cart and worked well right out of the box. The one problem I did run in to was a plastic part that sticks off of the top arrived broken off. I was able to tape a paper clip in place to trigger the catch that it normally would trigger inside the printer so it could be recognized by the machine. Great quality. I haven't had it for too long so I can't speak to the longevity yet.

The HP 10A compatible toner cartridge was a replacement for my manufactured toner. This product works just like the manufactures toner. I will buy it again.
