I have a new Canon MP640. Tried the CLI-221 4-pack. Prompt delivery, but their cyan didn't work. Stuff happens, so I called them. Good customer service. They're sending me a cyan replacement and I will update this after it's tested.
Update: I was immediately sent a cyan replacement cartridge, this happened twice. The 3rd time was a charm. I appreciated the prompt response and action. I will order from them again.

"Three inks (blue, yellow, and magenta) clogged up Canon printer MP990. I had to request from Canon a new print-head because I could not clean or unclog the print-head. Currently the magenta ink is not working in the print-head. However, the manufacturer did refund my money.

I checked all over the web and couldn't believe the price on this ink. I was skeptical until it arrived, which it did quickly. This was the real thing, exactly as advertised. I have only used one cartridge, the magenta, so far. It was accepted immediately by my Canon printer and has worked just perfectly. I'd recommend this to anyone.

works fine saves lots of money. Don't know how it will hold up for photos but for everyday use, it's great.

These worked great. They work fine in color or black and white. The tray is very convenient as well. I would buy then again.
