I just refilled my cartridge for OfficeJet 6500 Wireless printer. That was the easiest ink refill I've done (but for different printers). It's pretty painless and clean. So far the black ink is working pretty well.
NOTE: I seldom use my printer. I'll update this review if I have problems with the black ink.
NOTE: The ink level after refill doesn't get updated, so the ink level detection of the printer becomes useless after you refill. But this is not the problem of the refill technology.
UPDATE: Oct 2011 So I've used this black refill kit till it's almost done. I've refilled about at least 5 times so far. I haven't had a messy one so far, and the black ink is still working OK. I'm planning to buy another one once I'm done with the current one. I highly recommend it.

I have been using these in my HP Officejet 6000 for 18 months. Have used one kit for no less than 10 refills for about $25. If you are using HP original cartridges to refill, keep in mind that they have a memory chip on them that will tell the printer that it is out of ink no matter if you just filled it or not. The printer will still print even though you will get the warning. In order to avoid this in the future, purchase a new set of HP cartridges and disable the memory (see instructions) while they are still full. Then you will be able to avoid the "out of ink" popups on your screen. You will need to monitor the ink by looking at your printouts. I am not using the printer for photos, just school projects and MS Office docs. Quality is fine and I am filling the original cartridges that came with the printer. The best thing to keep your printer working well is to print something at least once a week. Nothing wrong with this ink at all. I didn't have much experience with refilling cartridges and wasn't excited for anything messy. Because I have tanks instead of a whole cartridge with heads and all they are much easier to fill. This refill kit seriously takes less than 5 minutes to use including taking it out of the printer, filling, and putting it back in. The syringe makes it really easy to fill without spilling everywhere. I would highly caution anyone who uses refill kits to make sure you do it in a place that you can easily clean up ink in case you fumble the syringe and find that you have ink all over you new clothes, carpet, child, etc.I plan on buying and using this refill kit for the life of my printer.

Hints from experience :
1. Follow the amount that is require to be injected in the caterg (color 920xl 3ml ONL) and (black 920 6ml) if you exceed no big problem, just the ink will leack from the top drainage.
2. After finishing refilling, flip the caterg so ink open of the caterge will be facing upwaord, for at least 5 mins. This technique will allow air if injected inside cartage to be out from cartage open,
3. To eliminate, air injection inside caterge, during injection make small angle so air will move on top away from injector head.
4. Clean kit (holder with it's rubber immediately after finishing refill) with water and dry it for next time.
5. Clean caterge open with tissue before installing it in the printer.
6. Refill befor caterge get dry.
7. Don't forget wearing plastic gloves like me at first time.
