So far the ink has worked just as well as the more expensive name brand ink. This kit comes with everything you need to refill your ink cartridge. It contains 4 refills (2 in each tube).

I would say my first experience went smoothly, but I made a huge user error. I forgot to plug the hole in the bottom of the cartridge holder (it states to plug the hole in the instructions), and so my ink ran out the bottom. OOPS! Just don't forget to plug that hole and your work surface will stay ink free. If you don't want to read the written instructions InkTec has a video on YouTube. It helped me make up my mind to buy this set.

I've refilled several ink cartridges since then, and no spills. I only have 2 recommendations:

1) To get some plastic gloves. It comes with a set, but (if you are messy like me) you may just want to throw those away after the first use and have a new pairs handy for the following refills.

2) Get a chip resetter. You will need this if your printer cartridge has a chip. I have a Cannon MP500 so I needed one.

I've used InkTec refill products multiple times to refill the color and black cartridges for my Canon printer. I'm very pleased with the results.

It's a great way to help the environment and save money, too.
