I tried both of the black cartridges, the system showed "USED" cartridges, and the printer showed the cartridges are "empty". So frustrated! Hope I can return or replace these cartridges.

Works greatno problems with printer accepting these ink cartridges whatsoever. I don't even get the 'empty cartridge' warnings I used to get from other refilled cartridges that I've tried.

I could not get these remanufactured ink cartridges to work in my HP 4500 series printer. The printer would not acknowledge the cartridge in order to begin its alignment procedure and just kept giving error messages. I have had similar experiences with other brands of remanufactured cartridges, but some have worked. Since I couldn't rely on being able to use the cheaper ink, I purchased a Canon Pixma printer, scanner, copier, FAX for about the price of two HP cartridges. Canon ink is much cheaper.

This is the second time I've ordered these cartridges from this seller and they are well worth the price. I am on my second black refill and will be using the color refill before the weeks out. I am extremely satisfied with the print quality and the amount of copies that that the cartridge produces before needing to be replaced. My HP printer works very well with these replacement cartridges, I even get the amount levels display as I did with the HP replacements. My advice is don't waste your money on name brand HP cartridges when these do the exact same job but cost much less!

at first my printer wouldn't recognize that the cartridges were in, then I downloaded drivers from the hp web site and they worked just great. Really good deal on ink for the price!
