I am a printer repair tech. I have been very happy with the ease of use of this machine. So far, my only problem has been a jam that I was unable to clear for more than an hour. The jam sensors are not obvious to find and I had to use canned air to finally find the tiny shred oh paper. Other than this 1 episode I find it to be a remarkable printer with many features. I happily recommend it
