Well I must admit that I had a problem with one of the cartridges and posted a review. My printer freaked out and wouldn't recognize any of the regular Canon cartridges after I installed a yellow one from Sophia, so I was a little frustrated.
Almost immediately, the company contacted me and apologized, and ended up sending me two sets of new cartridges for FREE plus requested that Amazon refund me 50% of what I paid originally! The cartridges arrived in a gift box with a purple ribbon, filled with caramels wrapped in gold foil along with the cartridges.
And I haven't had a problem since then. They pride themselves on great customer service, and I think they are right. I would definitely order from them again.

Awesome product but make sure you don't buy from any other seller than Sophia Global. There are others claiming to sell Sophia Global products as I was fooled and they are very poor quality, arrive leaking, and not recognized by printer. I contacted Sophia Global not realizing I had not actually bought from them and they were very helpful and we verified they were not their products but knock offs. I reported the item to Amazon and returned the other item and then immediately purchased the item again and mad sure this time it said sold by Sophia Global. I've been using these cartridges for a couple of months now and they fit the printer perfectly and the inks look good in use. My only complaint is that when you are removing the plastic coverlets before placing them in the printer they tend to leak a little bit. I've gone to work, meetings and school with cyan and magenta hands. Tested against first batch of Sophia cartridges and they work very well in printer and in photos and of course work as well as original Canon'sSo loading up with a lot more due to cost savings $$$
