I ordered this item for our office Neopost machine because of the cost savings. We did receive the correct cartridge, but it was defective. We had to have a name brand cartridge shipped to us FedEx because we were out of ink altogether. I will say however that the company we bought it from was very apologetic and EXCELLENT about refunding our money quickly! I think ours may have just been a dud :(
