The first item I received would not be recognized by the printer. I contacted the company (inkxpro), and they immediately sent me a replacement at no charge after going over some basic troubleshooting with the initial unit over the phone.
Over the life of this ink supply system, I expect that it will save me hundreds of dollars in ink cartridges. The print quality is excellent (can't tell any difference between this system and the OEM cartridges). First time I've used a device like this but I'd highly recommend it.
Product was easy to install, with very simple instructions. The inclusion of the accessories for installation (gloves, etc.) made the process much better than if I'd had to come up with those things on my own. Be aware that since the system uses large external ink tanks, you will need to have room next to your printer for the tanks to sit, and you will have a four-tube ink line running into your printer.
Overall very happy.
