I got this product about a month ago thinking Ill save a little money. The reviews were good so I decided to buy it. Recently my printer stopped printing. So I called HP after being on the phone for over an hour they told me that the Ink cartridges were defective. I had other HP ones that I tried and they worked but these didn't. Also they are not XL in capacity and the color isn't as vivid as original HP cartridges.

Seller was fantastic in that the ink arrived in only a couple of days. The ink installed properly into my HP Envy printer. However, I have noticed that it does not display how much ink is remaining. But for only 15$, it sure beats paying 75$ for the HP equivalent.

printer did not accept this product at first, but after playing with it a few times it did take it, but gave me notice that it was not full and now after using it for only 10 pages I have to replace it. I will not ever buy refilled products, because after the initial fuss and hassle, I now have to replace the cartridge with a new one from HP anyway. Waste of money.

Had a small issue with one of the print cartridges I ordered. After emailing their customer service with my problem, their response was that a replacement was already in the mail. Cartridges work great and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Overall 10/10! Would bang again!
