I was presently surprised with the quality of this refill cartridge. In the past the refills haven't reset the ink amount on the computer, but this cartridge was on the money. I will buy my refills from this company again.

We needed this in a hurry (Available on Prime at the time of this writing) and got totally screwed.

Cartridge we received left all sorts of black/grey all over the page. Page was still readable but was not useful for any sort of presentation. We should have spent the extra money and got an OEM cartridge.
