The product came in with a leak. This is unacceptable...real shabby. And I cannot return it as it is'outside the return window'

When I first put the cartridges into the printer it did not recognize the ink cartridges and would not print. After much fidgeting, re installing etc it seems to be printing black instead of pink. I haven't decided if I would buy again.

I purchased these cartridges for my daughter's printer so she would not need to use mine. I was excited and so was she. I changed out the cartridges and the printer did it's thing to initial them. I printed the test page NOTHING. The words did not even print. So I cleaned the print heads and did a nozzle check through the printer's utility. I was able to get the test page to finally work. So I thought we were in business. We used the printer to print out something for her school work and it did not print the words or the picture that was attached. I will not purchase from this Amazon seller again.

It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! THE INK WAS LOW PRICED AND WORKS GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I HAVE BEEN USING IT WITH MY PRINTER AND SO FAR I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.
