**P.P.S. Second time contacted by seller telling me that I should remove my review, along with instructions on how to do it, so that they could refund my shipping charge.**

**P.S. I thought this was going to be a simple return, but after a lot of back-and-forth with the company where they tried to convince me that I could "make" it work (several different ways) I asked for a refund and a refund of my shipping costs, which they agreed to do. After a month, when I hadn't received a refund, and fearing another long back-and-forth, I failed a claim with Amazon. I also left a negative seller review. Inktoneram quickly contacted me and said they would make a refund, but would not refund my shipping charges (like they'd promised) unless I removed my negative review. Obviously, I did not, but since I can't amend it, thought I'd post this here. Buyer beware.**

I ordered these as back-ups and to replace the black cartridge. I put the black cartridge in, but the printer does not recognize it. Finally, I also removed and replaced the yellow one next to it, and the printer worked for a total of 1 1/3 pages before stopping because it didn't recognize the black cartridge again.

The cartridges are SLIGHTLY different and fit slightly differently in the housing. I will be returning for a full refund.

I was also somewhat taken aback that these five cartridges were shipped to me in only a letter-sized cardboard priority mail envelope that had a hole in the middle by the time it reached me. Though the cartridges are sealed in heavy plastic, I think a padded envelope would provide more protection.

The yellow cartridge "blew up" in my new printer, ruining it /can't be cleaned...don't buy these!!!! This is a bogus product alternative to OEM CARTRIDGES!!!!

This somehow clogged my printer head on the cyan color when I replaced it. Had to send printer back to epson. Epson says I ave to always use original inks... I dont know if this is always true.

The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. The cyan cartridge leaked inside the printer messing up sheets of paper

Out of the 5 cartridges we have now replaced 3 and one of these 3 started leaking and making large color blobs all over the paper. Now our printer is internally completely full with ink. Would never use this product again.
