None of the Black ink cartridges worked, keep getting message that it was incompatible. Finally went and bought a new HP cartridge. Don't you do any quality checking. I would like to send the black cartridges back for a refund. The one color cartridge I have tried works fine. Please response to this review

I am very pleased with this purchase as it is giving me exactly what I need in terms of the consistency of the ink in the cartridges as well as the time they would last me for the volume of work I must print.

I used my first cartridge, and it seemed to run out pretty fast, so I weighed them on a digital scale, and the weighed about half of what a brand new cartridge from Office Depot weighed, and one cartridge was actually empty !

There was a problem with one of my cartiridge, it was replaced with no problem. From all the remanufactured inks I've purchased, Hi-Vision ink last longer & good quality printing. I will continue purchasing from this company.
