I used as directed and the printer heads remained clogged. Tried several times then gave up, scrapped the printer and bought a new one.

I had a clogged print head on my Epson workforce printer. The printer wasn't even a year old but I had removed the ink cartridge without having a replacement which caused the clog. This product successfully unclogged the print head and when I had an issue trying to use the product I emailed the vendor and they were able to help me figure out what I was doing wrong. I would buy this again if I encounter the same problem.
