I was disappointed that the cartridges arrived sealed in three cellophane packages, no factory box as shown in the description. I question if this is a second hand Tri-Pack or refilled cartridges. The price was a bit lower than most, but with shipping costs it was only a couple dollars less than an office supply store for a factory sealed package. It should be labeled as non-factory packaging and let the buyer decide if the price is discounted enough or if they want environmental recycling. I have only used the cyan of the three pack, for a week, so can not say if it works 100%.

This is a very good pack of high yield ink cartridges. I have been impressed by the Lexmark OEM products and they hold up well. I would encourage these over generic ones because they are brand new and not remanufactured, refilled, or otherwise low quality.
