I was very skeptical when I ordered this product. I was conditioned to paying $50 for my XL ink replacements. These worked excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase them again.

Ok, I am knocking one star off this one because I believe the description is deceptive. The cartridges are NOT new like the title states. They are refilled HP cartridges. The black is running without problems, and for the price you cannot go wrong. So I would recommend buying just needs to be known these are not NEW.

When I received this product, the first thing I realized was that the cartridges were remanufactured. I would not have bought them if their real condition had been advertised. However the description of the product on Amazon.com stated condition new which is false advertising. I inserted the cartridges and nothing printed. The cartridges did not print--I ended up with ink-stains on my hands when I removed them from my printer. I sent an email and received a response from the seller saying they would mail me a return label--the email ius dated 2/18/13. I have not received the return label. So I've been lied to by the seller regarding the cartridges' condition and I'm still waiting for the reurn label. I'm wishing that I don't get stuck with this junk and I hope I don't have to pay the return postage for it!

They worked when first installed but after approx 20 pages the printer did not recognize them I cleaned the contact surface and retried without success.
