I ordered this product and received three individual boxes. I don't know if I was charged the higher individual box rate or the rate of the 3 in 1 box rate. I couldn't even go back to your pages and find the individual rate. Possibly they were out of the combo box and just sent as mentioned. I almost always order the same product and find it has been very good. No problem with shipping. I did have a problem trying to check out. I attempted to check them out but the basket kept saying I had no purchases. The system was not as I've always simply followed. You have now so many ways to ship it's frustrating. You then sent me an email that purchases were pending (so I knew you processed them somehow) and that they were shipped. I'm so busy and don't have time to wonder if my order went in or not. I could just go to Office Max or Staples and walk out with it....but they are 25 & 30 miles away. I hope this doesn't happen again, I've always been satisfied with my Amazon orders.
