I have been purchasing these 3 pack inkjet cartridges from Sam's Club for several years. There has never been an issue with the ink supply or inserting them in the printers. I have two printers that use them (both Photosmart Premium) and they have been an economical way to purchase the inkjets. Considering the cost of the Sam's Club membership they are actually cheaper at Amazon and I will continue to buy them here.

I constantly get only HP ink for my HP Photosmart Premium (309), and never had a problem. In the first place, these are not as large as any XL I have gotten in the past. In the second place, for the first time since I got it and installed new ink, my printer wouldn't print black. I looked up the problem online, and others had said they encountered the same problem when they installed ink from a multiple packaged source. I spent over an hour and lots of paper aligning the cartridges both onboard the printer and via my pc as suggested on the forums. I had to disconnect the printer then reconnect. If I have to go through this every time I use one of these cartridges, it is absolutely not worth the money. I think they are defective, AND WOULD NOT BUY THEM AGAIN. I question if they are refilled and then repackaged or not genuine HP.

this product is just as described in the decription, it comes in a very handy one cardboard sheet. i like that it is xl, and i will order again in the future.

I ordered this product for my printer, along with the color ones. I looked all the information up and they are too small. Everything looks identical but they are too small for my printer. So now I am stuck with three brand new cartridges that I can do nothing with. Oh joy

Bought a new printer and scanned the ink in the store and found that I could buy it cheaper on line than at the store where bought the printer. I immediately ordered it and am very happy with the product and the service was great.
