I have only used one of the four pack, but the plastic lever that holds the cartridge in place in the printer was missing. I have never seen this happen before. It is possible it popped off when I unwrapped the cartridge I suppose, but I have not found it anywhere. Required me to run out and buy a replacement cartridge so my printer would work. I hope the other 3 work OK when I have to replace those cartridges and assumed so in my 3-star rating.

I am giving this 3 stars because 1 cartridge was defective. The cyan cartridge, CLI221-CY was missing the tiny circuit board that allows the printer to see the cartridge. All other cartridges work fine.
