received the toners in the mail today. they were empty on arrival. tried everything i knew (and everything the seller recommended) to no avail. i was only going to use them to print stationary, two lines, single color on a standard page. they only printed about 10 pages. 10 pages of two lines per page? unbelievable.many had good luck with their purchases. others did not. i guess it is hit and miss. and perhaps depends on the seller. the seller who sold me these "empty" cartridges was greattoners. i'll contact them and see if they'll rectify. fyi..

Both cartridges worked very well for about two weeks, but then the printer kept giving out the message to remove the color cartridge and reinstall it. Doing so did not stop the warning message from popping up everytime I try to print something. I, like most people, are disgusted by the retail price of printer ink these days. Buying OEM cartridges would have costed no less than $50 in any retail outlet. I got these 2 cartridges for less than $10, and I can't complain.The saturation quality isn't quite as high as HP's cartridges usually are, but this will by far get the job done if you're like most people who need basic printing capabilities.
