I bought these after getting a quote from another vendor. This four pack was the same price as one cartridge from the other vendor so I was skeptical that I would get new or full cartridges. I figured for the money it was worth it to find out. I was very happy to find full new (or at least well refurbed cartridges). I will be ordering from them again.

we print constantly in this printer, and it took the cartridges with no problem, they lasted a while. Some times it doesn't give you the right reading on the in levels but it still works!

I was hesitant at first in purchasing non-Dell toner cartridges but the price difference was too enticing. I was worried the toner cartridges might not work properly because I'd seen reviews where other 3rd party products have had problems. The toner cartridges were shipped promptly and they have worked flawlessly. A great product at a great price.
