This is a very good deal, but one of the cartridges did not work from the beginning. Then the printer (HP J5750) rejected the other cartridge after 3 weeks.

both cartridges only lasted for 3 to 8 pages of printing. After that both stopped working and indicated that the ink had run dry. They are a complete waste of money and I will never deal with this vendor again unless I get fully re-imbursed

I have never had a problem with these inks. they ship them promptly and are very reasonable. My printer recognizes that a refilled cartridge is used, so i don't get an ink level, but you don't have to be a rocket scientist to realize when you need to change the cartridge.

When this company found out that some of the product was wanting they made it good. I received replacements in a timley manner and they were very understanding in their treatment of the matter. I will certainly continue to use their products.
