They are overfilled so your printer thinks the cartridge is empty. So you have to ignore the warning from the printer. A small inconvience for the big $ saved. Print quality is normal.

product arrived in 2 days-wow! However problems started right away with the ink-black had lines and color printed too light, like

pastel. Also printer refused to recognize the cartridges. Changed out black cartridge thinking it might be faulty. No improvement.

Spoke with customer service and they could not have been nicer. They shipped a new order to me at no charge. Trying them

tonight for the 1st time. The problem may be with my temperamental Dell printer. They are serious about using only their ink.

Even if this ink is not up to Dell quality it has been a pleasure doing business with these folks.

These only work for a couple of days and then the printer gives you a low ink message. We hardly printed 10 pages, and started getting the low ink message. Sometimes we got the low ink message on installation...don't bother.
