I rate this company EXCELLENT especially in response to their customer service which after getting one bad cart (a different one than this), I sent a message via Amazon Email and was happy to get an immediate response which gave me troubleshooting steps which did not work in this case BUT after I responded back they sent me a replacement out that same day. I was back printing in 2 days after the initial issue. I cant expect better than that from a company.

You never know how performance will be when you buy a third party or re-manufactured ink cartridge. So, you have to go with the reputation of the supplier. Beware. Amazon says that it's compatible with the HP Officejet 4315, but the printer thinks otherwise. Tried re-seating many times, but no joy. And unfortunately, I'm out of the return / replacement window. Save you money. The HP cartridges are not that much expensive, and I've never had one of them fail. Oh well, lesson learnt.
