Terrible product. When I first opened the package one of the black inks was exploded(the cartridges are packaged in little plastic bags) to I had to wipe ink off all the other packages with rubbing alcohol and throw the offending cartridge away. So one black cartridge wasted immediately upon delivery. Next I loaded a color cartridge into the printerit worked fine. Next I load a black cartridge into the printer. It doesn't work, printer keeps saying that it is out of black ink, I shake the cartridge and it is FULL of liquid I assume to be ink. So I take the black cartridge that is not working out of the printer to install another one AND THE THING EXPLODES IN MY HANDS! I am of course not talking about plastic shrapnel, the cartridge is still in one piece, I am talking about ink explodes out of it all over the place when I remove the plastic clip designed to keep the ink inside, I am typing this with black fingers. I wipe the ink up and install the cartridge that just exploded ink everywhere and it ends up working.
So in summation; I have to throw out two black cartridges and wipe ink up twice (a lot of ink)
I have not tried contacting the seller. Who has time for such a cheap item, but I think I will email them and just ask for them to send me two black replacement cartridges and if I am not to lazy I will update with results.
I recommend NOT buying this product, I have purchased many replacement cartridges for this exact printer in the past and ALL of them worked fine with no problems

I put a color and a black cartridge into my printer and when printing a black and white document, it came out blank multiple times. I tried many different settings to make it work and nothing printed; just blank pages. I then replaced the cartridge with a different one (same vendor, as I bought a 5 pack) and it worked perfectly. So there was one defective cartridge in the package. Because one of the cartridge was defective. I followed the instructions from the Dell owner manual and still could not get the cartridge to work. I spent a lot of valuable time with the ink.

When I was looking into ordering this item, I used the Amazon "will this work with your printer" tool. While the Amazon tool said these inks would not work with my Officejet 7210 All-in-One, some research online led me to believe that this ink would work with my printer (even with it being vivera ink).
This isn't a slam against Amazon, as I know that innocent mistakes are bound to happen when a company tries to list the compatibility of inks with almost all printers. Nonetheless, I wanted to let fellow 7210 owners know that on the side of the ink box, the 7210 is specifically listed as compatible (and indeed, when I installed the inks into my 7210, the printer loaded right up and printed perfectly).
If you are wondering if this ink is right for you, I would suggest you make note of the "96/97" ink numbers seen in the product image, and go to HP's website. On their site you can find the model number of your printer, as well as what "number" inks should work with it.

When last asked to review my purchase I responded with a comment as to the condition of the color cartridge and am pleased to say a replacement was sent within days. I appreciate the response and expect I'll be satisfied with the replacement.
The first one worked okay, but now with the second one it is not working well at all.

Original HP replacement ink cartridge are expensive specially if you have a printer that uses individual cartridges. I purchased HP 932c tri color replacement and the black color cartridge, and both worked extremely well. Best of all, both work just as well if not better than the HP name brand cartridges which were priced at multiple stores at approx. $32 dollars for the tri-color cartridge and $27 dollards for the single black color ink cartridge. Overall, it was well worth ordering these cartridges on line versus buying original just for Under $20 dollars! This is a great ink & paper combo. The ink includes the 3 color cartridges and the black paper ink cartridge, but does not include the bci-6bk (black photo ink) which must be purchased separately. I am very satisfied with the Canon ink for my Pixma 4000 printer and after several years of ordering the inks through AMAZON I hardly ever buy from my local retailer (higher prices). The ink works perfectly in my Canon Pixma ip4000 printer. The package contains BCI-6Y (yello), BCI-6M (magenta), BCI-6C (cyan) and BCI-3eBK (black). The ip4000 also requires BCI-6BK, which you have to order separately. The 4x6 glossy photo paper is a nice bonus. I bought this ink for my Canon i860 printer. After looking through some of the negative reviews, I wanted to give my experience.Product arrived as pictured in product description. The box was new, sealed, and had never been opened. Contained within the box were the 4 ink cartridges (BCI-3e, BCI-6Y, BCI-6M, and BCI-6C) and a 50-pack of glossy 4"x6" photo paper (Canon GP-502). If your printer requires a BCI-6BK cartridge, then you will have to purchase it separately. These are in fact original, sealed Canon ink cartridges...not the generic ones others have mentioned.
Compatible printers listed on the box: i560, i860, iP3000, iP4000, iP4000R, iP5000, MP750, MP760, and MP780.
For the price, it's hard to find a better deal on four Canon ink cartridges. Throwing in the free paper makes the deal even better.

Don't let the ink search thingy Amazon has stop you from buying this kit for the Canon i560... At first I had to research it but looking at the side of the box it's the FIRST MODEL LISTED! I'm guessing the folks at Amazon need to update their database! While I haven't tried using the paper, the ink is exactly a full replacement set with the larger Black and the smaller 3 colors. The kit is a better value than buying the 4 colors separately and the paper is just... well... F R E EAs always, shipping was timely and no issue!

These cartridges are great. I have refilled them several times and they still work well. You can put a little more ink in so you can print longer. A little messy to refill. Use gloves, but with a little practice you can refill all of them in minutes.

I've used nothing but Canon ink in my printer and have always had excellent results. It costs more, but I feel it's worth the extra money. This was my second purchase of Sophia Global ink cartridges for my Canon printer. Although the Canon takes relatively inexpensive ink, even from Canon, the fact that there are five cartridges to replace makes it more costly if you do a lot of printing. I hesitated to purchase the Canon Pixma based upon all of the bad reviews on the cost of ink (this could be said about any printer brand...that is why they basically "give away" the printer). This is a great alternative and my wife does a lot of text printing, very cost effective and works just like the OEM ink. She purchased one OEM cartridge at a big box store and the one cartridge was double the cost of these five cartridges and lasted about the same amount of time. So far, this cartridge seems to be better than the OEM Canon. Ink is blacker and installation was no problem. Since the large black cartridge is used up first (we do most of our printing in black), the set of five is not out of line with the projected usage rate for about three color sets. Now, if Sofia would only make a CYM color set, and sell it for less than the CYMK set, the all-black LARGE set of five would make even more sense. On the other hand, if Canon would modify their software so that it would stop complaining about the shortage of ink, I could use just the large black cartridge and forget about the color entirely. After all, I do 99% of my printing in text or gray scale mode anyway, so having a color printer is actually an inconvenience. After my HP printer died, the only reason that I bought the Canon printer was because it, and the ink was cheap. Now that Sophia is here, new cartridges are even less expensive than refills. When the Canon dies, I'll probably look for a black-only printer. Maybe, by that time, someone will be building one that uses bulk ink from a refillable tank. What an amazing product. Quality ink for my Canon printer that doesn't cost an arm and a leg! In the past, buying ink for my Canon printer was so expensive. I use my printer fairly regularly and I was spending so much money for ink cartridges. Then I found out about Sophia Global compatible ink cartridges. The product shipped to me right away. After inserting the productin my printer, it took forever to work. I can not align my printer because the colors arent vibrant enough. I will never purchase this product again. Although it finally worked; the colors arent quite right. I should have spent the extra money for a new ink catridge.

I have been using this ink now since 2010 in my Canon Mp990 printer and have had zero problems so I am not sure about the leaking ink report but then nothing is perfect. It saves us a lot of money with 4 family members using 2 of these printers for work and school and, as I have said, we have had no problems whatsoever with the ink or the supplier. They ship fast with reasonable shipping, too.Febrary 21, 2013ordering again, 6th order. Still no problems.
